I'm probably about to get that SafePacker too, for my Taurus PT92. I tried IWB with it, but it's just a big gun and this just seems better because I'm so skinny.boatman wrote:I just bought two of these , they look like a binocular case, very well made. You can carry in your hand or on belt or by an optional sholderstrap.
I'd definitly attach to my belt. (Also it should provide extra concealment to my IWB Glock 27 and IWB Diamondback DB380, both of which I wear everywhere, though I love my PT92 I qualified with)
I worry some idiot might try hold me up to steal it thinking it is a man purse with my wallet in it.
SO,
I thought about a patch on it, (like EMT/Paramedic but not those, because I'm not one and people might want to steal their stuff)
I'm thinking I'll either sew little loops on the outside of the flap for a pair of plastic needlenosed fishing pliars or a bunch of those tiny tiny tools like watchmakers/eyeglass repair kits have, so it just screams TOOLS ....
But I'm thinking I could attach a tiny clear tube closed off on the ends, and some yellow food colored water in the tube. ..... Who would steal a urine bag? They'd think it was just a medical cover for a urine bag.
Seriously, I've seen people wearing those and noticed them, but no one asks what's in a fanny pack either, but this is faster access than most fanny packs because of the front velcro.
