I'm of the opinion that but would be legal to do but I don't think you would save any money. Once you have a suppressor you will want all of your guns suppressed. Permanently attaching a can to a rifle would force you to buy another one.

The real question is why? Why would you permanently attach a suppressor to a rifle in lieu of paying an additional $200 for the sbr?
Also TAM efiled Form 1s are taking quite a bit longer than 30 days right now. Closer to 3 months.
