Anything that make their lives easier makes your life easier. I want them to know right off the bat that I'm not a threat... hands visible the instant they get out of their car (I keep my left elbow on the window frame and hand on the roof, and right hand resting on the window frame, both visible from behind my car). Most of the times I've been pulled over the officers thank me.alvins wrote:am i the only one who thinks people get a little carried away with this stuff?as many times i have been pulled over i have always had my id and insurance out of my wallet before the officer could get out of his car.
I just find it funny people act like they just robbed a bank with the whole putting their hands out the window and such.i just tell the officer i have my gun, i know for a fact if he wants to secure it he will tell me how me wants to me to act.and last time i was pulled over the officer didnt even care i had my gun and didnt even look at my chl.
