Have 2 P238s and 5 colt mags for use in them along with the factory mags. Had the last round stovepipe problem with the colt mags. Compared the colt followers with the factory mags and saw that there was an angle difference in the followers. Pulled the followers out and changed the angle on the front piece of the follower. Problem solved and all work now as well as the factory ones with no loading and no ejection problems at all. Can't remember which way I bent the follower on the colts but you might give that a try.
