disappointed that BofA has taken this stance

I cant stand Chase because of how difficult they make the most basic transaction for any non account holder
Just cashing a check at Chase is a HUGE pain. Stand in line at the teller - just to be told you have to "Talk " to a "Banker"
Then explain why you dont have an account, actively refuse the sale pitch and the personal questions. What should be a 2 min transaction turns into 20 min.

Looking for other options - preferably ones that have locations nation wide
