I'm sorry, I'm asking for a reason. I know I'm not the most knowledgeable person on guns but don't chastise me for asking a questions and making me feel stupid for asking in the first place and trying to learn.

I understand the feeling. That's typically what I got when I went to other ranges. Maybe I didn't get that feeling at Bullet Trap because how obvious the other ranges I went to made their sarcasm and rudeness show.

I felt I asked a dumb question and the gentleman helping me walked me through all the steps very courteously. Other ranges would have told me that reading the manual is something I should think of trying.

Just wanted to give a to Bullet Trap in Plano.

By far the most informative and courteous range officers I have met/dealt with. Other ranges I have been to are all about getting you in and out that's the only focus. The guys at Bullet Trap actually took time to answer my questions. I dealt with 4 people while there and all of them actually gave me the impression they enjoyed their job and enjoyed guns as much as I do. I am going to purchase a membership there next time in because of the customer service I got while there.

The range and store were spotless clean. That also goes a long way in my book. Good Job Bullet Trap, and if we have any range officers on here, keep it up guys!
