Charles, What is the logic or argument used to support that opinion? (That excise taxes should be paid semi-monthly.) I know it recently changed, but I never knew why it was different for firearms manufacturers anyway. Do they think firearms manufacturers are less reputable or responsible than other mfgrs?Charles L.
