Especially ban "high-capacity" vehicles so when they crash, fewer people are injured/killed. Also since we don't "need" it, we should ban candy, with an exception for anybody who's diabetic, who will be able to purchase small amounts of 'emergency' candy with a prescription and a 3-day waiting period, as long as each individual piece is serialized and registered with the government. Also, we need to close the "candy-store loophole", where people are allowed to freely purchase candy without a background check!
