I assumed he was talking about an OUTSIDE mirror, but still couldn't see somebody running over one without sideswiping one-another. Somebody must have mirrors that really stick out. And I would claim he still didn't "run over" it, he just knocked it off. To run over it, it would have to be on the ground.Fangs wrote:drjoker wrote:sjfcontrol: he drove so close to me that his rear view mirror hit mine. The crazy idiot destroyed both our rear view mirrors. It was very expensive to fix. Ugh....
Some people call those sideview mirrors, referring the the mirror inside mounted on the windshield as the rearview mirror. It's odd, since all your mirrors allow you to see to the rear, but I can understand the confusion.

Re: Shots fired in Mopac road rage incident
How did he manage to do that?drjoker wrote: The exact same thing happened to me, too. Except I wasn't so lucky. I exited the highway and the guy followed! The light was red after the freeway exit, so I stopped. He ran over my rear view mirror and blew through the red light. Where do these road raging idiots come from?! Now, here's where my story DIFFERED from his: I did NOT shoot the guy even though I was armed at the time. This happened to me a couple of years ago.
