Frankly if someone walked by armed outside the BofA Building or Chase Tower, many people would freak, including all the cops about.
Personally I'm ok for CC, limited only by the same requirements of purchasing a firearm in Texas. 30.06 signs and other off limits to remain.
I'm for religious freedom with the ability of local jurisdictions to prohibit. Some people freak out when they see Muslims, and it's more important to make intolerant people feel comfortable than allow others to exercise their constitutional rights. .

Similar to past predictions from opposing sides on other issues, both horrific and benign, I suspect the OC issue will end up being much ado about nothing once it becomes legal in Texas. After the fact it will hardly be worth the effort of revisiting the augments to assess who’s prediction was more accurate. Some will benefit, and others may experience little or no impact; but all should rejoice anytime freedom is restored.

Have a nice day.

Re: Open Carry

Is there a Difference between Open Carry and just doing a really bad job of hiding your Gun?
I mean assume you have a license to Conceal Carry but Open Carry was allowed in Texas.

I lived in New Hampshire for 18 years and never knew it was an open carry state. I never saw anybody open carry.
See that doesnt surprise me. There are some Youtube Videos from some wacky Libertarian Organization and the Cops sure do harass them. I think its all those folks from Mass, coming into their state seeing a gun and freaking out.
