Skylight was painted black, same color as roof. Not a great "Defense" but the law allows it. Now if he was a maintenance worker or not in the middle of a robbery, it wouldn't be such a big deal.
Guy did end up in a wheelchair for life, but he's collecting alot of money :grumble
