There are probably going to be a lot of disappointed people when the law takes effect and it turns out to be a huge anticlimax. I hope the letdown doesn’t send some people over the edge.

What are they talking about? I thought stopping someone just to check for a license was ruled out by SCOTUS a long time ago.
