a) You cannot make something law inside this country, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT INFRINGES THE CONSTITUTION, without both houses of congress voting on it.
b) You will never remove the weapons or ammo manufacturing from this country with a foreign treaty
c) How difficult would it be to make your own firearms if they did somehow stop the manufacturing of them? There are CNC programs available out there for downloading, and all you have to do is press "go"
This severely bothered me. I completely trounced their argument, and the person who called me had to hang up. I thought the NRA would be better than this fear mongering, and instead tout how they were going to defeat such a thing, instead of trying to bolster more money.
What was the number that called? I read a couple of reports that there are “phishing” phone calls from people saying they are from the NRA. They are trying to get a credit card number and other info.
