I am by no means defending the bombers. I believe the one they captured should be executed (hung or electrocuted) or at a minimum spend the rest of his life in prison with no possibility of parole.
I cannot however help but think about the waste of life including the bombers. This fool (for lack of a word that can be used on this forum) not only helped take the life of a child and others, caused terrible suffering, and changed the lives of so many people, he threw away the rest of his life at the age of 19.
My heart goes out to the families of the deceased and those that were injured. I hope he is given the maximum allowable punishment but can’t help thinking about the loss all the way around.

after all the Mercedes that was hijacked had a coexist bumper sticker.
However, Federal Law has the death penalty for: Causing death by using an explosive. Seems to fit except for the current POTUS and AGOTUS would probably disagree.
Maybe if he gives up they should just deport him. He's such a nice, innocent looking child, looks a lot like Trayvon and because he is so smart, such a future a head of him. I think he can be rehabilitated.

Re: Explosion at Boston Marathon
The father said his son was “framed” and “whoever shot him was a coward”. In my opinion he really stuck his neck out by his statement.philip964 wrote:http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/che ... 18098.html
Chechen President says America to blame for bombing and police are blamed for first brother's death.
Gee I can't pick who I like better the Dad or the President.
One of the news agencies reported that the father was taken away just a few minutes after his statement by Russian authorities. I imagine they will point out the error of his statement to him in their own “special” way.
