I often carry a G23C, the "compensated" model. This makes the recoil much more manageable. I haven't had any problems with concealment. Apparently Glock has stopped offering this feature. I also have a G27, that I will probably sell sometime soon. I'm not as proficient with that gun and it ends up sitting in the safe unless I'm going to the range.CC Italian wrote:Nothing wrong with the 23 but as someone who owns a 27 I wouldn't buy the .40 S&W again. It just doesn't do anything better then the 9mm imo and I just happened to buy the .40S&W before the 10mm. The 10mm can do everything and more then the .40S&W. Makes my 27 obsolete.
Edited to add: Glock has stopped making the "C" models, so this isn't an option for someone looking for a new Glock.
