Non-compliant signs are not about us, they are about non-CHLs. It might as well be an "unlicensed possession..." sign. Now I say break out the card for business that post 30.06.

I probably should have clarified; I didn't mean I was going to give BWW a card! It just reminded me that I should print some out, because in the last few weeks I've seen a couple of properly posted businesses, and they missed out on new customers because of it.

As stated in my original post, we still eat there on occasion. We know the 30.06 and 51% signs are the only limiting ones to us! :mrgreen:

jimlongley - I fail to see how anyone has personally attacked you. This is a forum for sharing ideas, opinions, and information, and that's what has been happening. Disagreements are bound to come up, but it seems everyone's being very civil.
I did want to point out that "sneaking" around non-compliant signs isn't sneaking. If they are not compliant as clearly stated in Texas law, then we have no obligation to observe them.

Yes, our local BWW also has this sign. Every time we go there (which isn't often), we always carry.
