Ooooh, could a .17 HMR be far behind? That would sure be fun! Maybe just interchangeable barrels.

Re: A lot of rounds in one day.
Guys, Also, their site says bore swabs only, so if I shoot an insane number of rounds through my .22 revolver will a solvent swab pass through the cylinder chambers, and barrel; followed by a dry swab pass keep me going if I wanna' shoot hundreds of rounds in the same day with cheap Federal? I gues...

Every time I try to put the safety lock on my Choc Lab she tries to nip at me. I must be doing it wrong. Does anyone know of some good instructions?
She HATES being in the safe. Whines and scratches at the door until we can't stand it.

Re: The right to line dry
Heck, let's just get rid of income tax altogether. I don't see it being authorized in that pesky constitution that the government is always trying to stamp on. You must have missed: Amendment XVI The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, withou...

That's cool. I would love to see a follow-up when they get further along. See what they find.

Re: ID: Rocket scientists arrested for poaching
It is a news article, but I would expect even reporters in Idaho to know something about guns and hunting. I can't find any further information about this incident. - Jim And for that expectation, you should now go with a face-palm. :biggrinjester: The great state of Idaho has also begun to be inva...

Re: Bargain 10/22s at Dicks
A 10/22 can be picky about mags and/or ammo. It might like only factory mags. It might like only plastic aftermarket mags. It might like only aftermarket mags with steel lips. It might only like standard velocity ammo. It might like only hyper velocity ammo. It might like only W22 or only Fed Bulk P...

1,000,000,000,000,000 would not be enough. They just feel they have not taken it far enough.

I Ain't been in the state long enough yet.
And I need a bottom feeder.
If it were multi-choice, I woulda marked cost too, but that is less of a factor.

You could grab a bag of Kingsford, some Salt Peter, and some Sulfur and just make your own.
Jus grind everything fine seperately and mix slowly and gently. . .

Re: Ammo Shortage Over????
Except 380, of course, which seems like the ghost of Christmas past. What is the deal?!? I'll tell you what the deal is. All you guys go out and get your LCPs and then buy up and hoard all of the ammo. Then you go complain that there is none, thus discouraging those of us thinking we might 'need' a...

Re: Happy New Gun Day!
I wavered back and forth for months between the Buckmark and the Ruger Mark II/III. I finally went with the Ruger, but I still want the Browning. They are really nice and fun little shooters. As for "what you can do" with them, that was one of the reasons I went with the Ruger first. There...

Re: 2009 Quail Opener
We got back from Childress Sunday evening after spending all day Saturday and about half the day on Sunday following the pointers through the mesquite trees and cactus and up and down the valleys and hills at the Matador WMA. We worked hard to get the 9 Bobs we got, but had a blast. Lots of sore mu...
