Skylights are often tinted black to save energy. Its hard to see things at night especially when you stealing the lights! :banghead:

Skylight was painted black, same color as roof. Not a great "Defense" but the law allows it. Now if he was a maintenance worker or not in the middle of a robbery, it wouldn't be such a big deal.
Guy did end up in a wheelchair for life, but he's collecting alot of money :grumble

when you have lawsuits like this I dont blame anyone for not intervening. You lose your job and now have to fend off a lawsuit.
