NY: Man’ gun and pistol permit removed under red flag law

First time in New York.

I’m assuming the pistol permit allows him to just have a gun in his house. It’s not a CHL.

Wrote letters to elected officials that raised their concerns “ some one should put a bullet in him”.

Handed over without incident.

He may be wanting to test the law.
