When I was four, I was bit five or six times by a dog next door when I was playing with my dog in the front yard. My mom was upset and my dad told the neighbor.

A year later, a young girl in a wheel chair three doors down was sitting on her porch when the dog got out and tore the ear off the young girl. The parents complained to the owners, a young couple. They said they would keep the dog in the backyard.

The young couple had a baby girl. When she was three the baby and the dog were in the backyard together. It tore the girls face off. She survived, but it took two hundred stitches to put her face back on.

The parents had the dog put down.
