Yes it is and yes they will. The pet did not die. It lost its front leg and shoulder. The animal emergency center for Houston is only about 2 miles away.

No... it seems that way to me also. They act as if they have "batman" authority. Rent-a-cops should not be driving around with weapons. they obviously can't handle the responsibility. What the heck happened to the old days when a rent a cop was suppose to call the real police?

The initial stop at the house and the knock on the door was because of a car parked on the street in front of their house.

I guess I am glad I do not live in River Oaks.

Yesterday there was also a story about a man who was jailed for a "siding violation".
