A LOADED gun with a LASER sight and a HIGH CAPACITY 15 round magazine and empty shell casings found in the car stopped for no front license plate in CT.

Now to be fair they were in a park waving a gun around earlier and someone reported it.

No mention if they were undocumented.

Caution this will make you happy and mad at the same time.

Federal court allowed a citizens law suit to proceed against a police officer who asked for qualified immunity for arresting a man whose only crime was stopping in a high crime area to look at the map on his phone. When questioned he voluntarily advised the officer he was armed and showed the officer his permit to have a gun in his car. Apparently things quickly deteriorated from there.
