So I looked at Google satellite imagery of Gaza.
There is plenty of vacant farm land near the border of Gaza to launch their offensive rockets from, so if there was a problem, they would still land in Israel or on unoccupied land.
My understanding is that their rockets are launched from within the city centers.
This would be like if we had our missile silos in downtown New York City rather than in the cornfields of Nebraska.
Quite a different strategy than here in America.
I am surprised the MSM does not point this out every time they talk about Palestinian casualties.
