I bought my Grandson a Henry Golden Boy 22. I hope I'm around when he's old enough to shoot.

Be careful if you go to Weber’s. I’ve shot there a few times and enjoyed the “lay back” attitude. Then I realized that on weekends, there was no adult supervision. I'm Army retired, living in Killeen, working at Ft Hood. I saw the post about shooting on Hood. I never have, always shoot at a range in Troy. Bought my XD-M 9mm in Temple and my SC 9mm at the PX. My wife and I have enjoyed shooting our XDM and XDSC (both 9's) at Weber's for about 8 months. I have found the guys that work there have always been helpful.
