I'm 5'10" and 140 and that's where I carry my 4" 1911 in a Minotaur MTAC holster. Being this skinny you don't really have a comfortable option anywhere on your side because your slide annihilates your hip bone. My biggest problem is shirt length. If I raise my arms to reach anything there's a nice pistol grip sticking out of my pants, then your shirt gets caught on it and you won't even realize it's not tucked in anymore (found that out a few days ago but I was wearing a jacket).

Granted I'm still figuring all this out too, I'm not yet a veteran CHL'er, I'll let you know if I find other helpful hints.
