Re: New CHL requirements???
Yep, anything is possible. I, personally, have NEVER heard of anyone ever federally charged with this offense. If you're stopped for a speeding or other infraction in a school zone I highly doubt that the city police officer would then call the feds to charge you with breaking this silly law. Also, ...

Re: New CHL requirements???
Back to the topic about Utah's non resident CHL. Back in the late 90's I went through the hoops and got my Texas CHL. When I moved to Nevada I got my Nevada permit and a Utah non resident permit because it was our next door neighbor and I went there frequently. At that time, Utah did not recognize t...

Re: Irritating visit to Collectors Firearms today
I find the same attitude at a lot of car dealers too. They may know everything about the top of the line, but ask a couple of questions about the little guy sittin' in the corner of the lot and you get a big sigh, and not much info. RE: Wearin' a sixgun in a gun store, my best friend worked at a gun...

Re: Bexar County Commission plans LEO shooting range
What great news for....LEO's Where's the taxpayer, common citizen, everyday Joe's shooting range in Bexar County? I was on the citizen's advisory committee for the brand new Clark County Shooting Park in Las Vegas, NV. It is the largest public shooting range in the U.S. built almost completely with ...

Re: First impressions of the SmartCarry holster rig
Those of us who are a "bit older" make very regular trips to the men's room. Does the Smart Carry become a problem when nature calls?

Re: Labor Day at the Range...San Antonio
TexasFlash...really lookin' forward to it. I've been out to Bracken, just to observe as I was recovering from a broken wrist, and it seems like an ok place. I can't understand their fee structure... a fee per gun? Seems kind of strange. I could shoot 200 rounds with my CZ 97 or 50 rounds with my CZ ...

Re: Texas reciprocity and my Nevada CCL
Thanks guys, that's sort of what I thought. RE: Nevada recognition of Texas CCW's. We've been working for years to get Nevada to recognize ANY other state. In the last couple of years we finally have gotten the Nevada Sheriff's and Chief's Association to consider reciprocity, but it took a new state...

Re: It is possible to pocket carry a PCR...
The PCR is an awesome pistol! It's not much different than my CZ 40P, but I had never considered pocket carrying it. I would have thought it a bit heavy to put in my cargo shorts pocket. I'm going to have to see how this works for me. Thanks for the suggestion!

Re: Best .40 S&W to carry
Howdy! I haven't seen mentioned my favorite, the CZ 2075 RAMI. This is an outstanding firearm that is available in both 9 mm and 40 S&W. Additionally it's also available with a polymer frame or an alloy frame. It's a stunning and very affordable firearm for you to consider. If you're unfamiliar ...
