The Hume 721OT is an excellent value in a non-custom OWB holster. I carry my sig P239 in one and it's the first holster I bought for it.
IWB comfort will require a little searching as body types differ. I've heard of 1 or 2 custom holster makers that will let you try their product and send it back for a refund if it doesn't work for you. The biggest problem is the established master holster craftsmen have a LONG waiting list. PM me and I can give you the names of "up and coming" leather (if that's what you want) craftsmen that have a month or less wait time.
I agree with others on the importance of a quality belt (especially carring OWB).
