About two years ago a student called and said he had been stopped by Galveston PD, gave the officer his DL and when he ran it he came back with why didn't you give me your CHL? you're in trouble now! CHL says I am not carrying so I don't have to show the license. LEO says I'm a Cop don't try to tell me the law. An argument follows and the CHL get's arrested for Resisting Arrest.
