Unfortunately that particular instructor seemed more interested in imparting his opinions than Texas law. Thankfully I had taken the course before. I'd say he did enough to satisfy the state, but the rest of it was gibberish. He had some very interesting and wrong things to say about the new travelling law. I am not kidding when I say this guy just made stuff up.

I actually had a CHL instructor encourage the use of a CHL badge to a class. That was when I stopped paying attention.
