Hey all! Got a call from the DPS today
The jist of the conversation went as follows:
We got your complaint and are looking into it. I will be the person trying to find out what has happened. There is a break down when the reprints come back and they are not making it to the file. (no ----!

) I have not yet investigated but I will let you know what I find out. OK....here is my phone number call me when you find my prints/bg check I guess?!?!?
Anyway, several times during the conversation she was apologetic and saying that they received my complaint and she was working on resolving it.
Don't know if this is good news or if anything will come of it. What I suspect is that all the times that I have called and Inquired about my application, I was told that the information had not come back yet....the standard line, right! All of the time I think it was there and still is there, they just don't know where.
I can't say what has prompted them to assign a troubleshooter, if you will, to finding my FP/BG or even the entire app. Don't know if it was all the phone calls, the call to my State Senator, or the call to Rick Perry.

I suspect the latter!
We will see how far this goes towards getting this little task finished.
