they do accept Florida...but dont I need to be there in order to obtain an out of state or non-resident lisence?

ah...put on a blue or red bandana, and lower your pants 3-4 " and you can carry all day long and not get bothered! but what ever you do....and I mean this...Do not try that wearing a suit and tie, or look respectable! You will be spending the remainder of your adult life in court and or jail! G/L

Why is this an issue? I am active duty stationed in West virginia, and the state will not honor Texas CHL?! I cannot understand why. Texas' CHL couse is by far superior to the 3 hour class that is given in this state and Texas will honor thier lisence, but they sill not honor ours. I am truly frustr...

imjester77, what county are you in? It seems as though counties with larger populations take more time for the b.g. check, thus a longer delay in issuing. I am from Galveston county, but since I am Military, I move allot. I am sure they had a field day with all of the addresses. as far as the BILL ...

Thanks guys. It has been a long time in the making for this moment. I have a few freinds that took the class with me and still have not heared anything back. I wish it would not take so long, but glad that i waited and did not give up. For those that are waiting . hang in and it will happen. (I hope!)

I have been trying to get my CHL for the last 7 months, and finaly am gaining momentum. if you look below I have been just about as impatient as the rest, but patience is a virtue i suppose, and i have no virtues at all.
