I wish I was one of the ones they called and said its approved, I would have drove to Austin and picked it up!!!

Just got off the phone with my best friend Monica from the DPS (Yeah Right), and she told me mine was sent to print. So maybe that means, I'M GOING TO RECEIVE MY PLASTIC SOON!!! Time to wait for this now

I guess when the DPS Director and the Governor's Chief of Staff discovered I had an 03 FFL, they decided that I couldn't be a bad guy afterall. That must have been it because there's no way they could have processed all the information I had sent them last Thursday regarding a "Self-Reported FELONY arrest" (that wasn't true) by this morning. No one in DPS's CHL office moves that fast.

Congrats to all! First time posting anything on here. Thought it will make my wait a lot easier expressing myself on here then taking it out on the family. Been waiting on Harris County DPS background check for a while now. Hope we all get through this wait successful!
