Re: September 2009 Applications
Thanks guys....but I remain cynical. When it shows up in the mailbox, I will believe it. Until then, I am not holding my breath. It could show up tomorrow or Monday, it could not. When I was talking to my friend earlier, she said she in October and November she was making calls for people who had a...

Re: FNH Five-seveN
You could be opening yourself up to lawsuits carrying that kind of weapon for self defense if you ever had to use it. The same way you would with a gun with hair trigger, armor piercing rounds, etc. These are for the most part myths as there has never been any test cases to prove it. The only one I...

Re: FNH Five-seveN
Thanks guys,
That was a little more helpful. I think I will stick to the tried and true. It seams there would be too much of a chance of someone innocent getting hit in case, God forbid, I had to use it.

Wow es4Me I see what you are talking about, what a mess.
Maybe your husband didn't sound excited because he was thinking about your feelings and didn't want you to feel bad.

Re: FNH Five-seveN
The question still is; what happens to the bullet? I know what my Golden Saber JHP is designed to do, what does this bullet do once it enters?

Re: August 2009 Applications
I have been looking at getting a Ruger LCP but now I’m not sure. I have been carrying my Taurus 24/7 pro compact 9 mm in an IWB holster at the small of my back with absolutely no problem concealing it I even wore it with a tee-shirt pulled over it. If you wear a tee-shirt and a button down shirt ove...

Re: FNH Five-seveN
Good info so far, Thanks. I did hear that the ammo was feast or famine. I am also looking at the Sig P250, any one have any experience with this pistol?

FNH Five-seveN
I am thinking of buying a Five-seven for a carry. I am hearing different information, some say the slug tumbles and there is little chance it will exit and hit someone else. I have also heard that the bullet will just go right through because of its high velocity. Does anyone have any good informati...

Re: August 2009 Applications
Well the holster I ordered from The NRA Christmas catalog came in a little over two weeks ago but I ordered the wrong size. I sent it back and they sent me the right size last week. I know it sounds bad but I have not made the Wally walk yet. I did carry my 9mm in the small of my back all weekend. W...
