Rather than going for a pistol, in a case like this I would recommend pulling your phone out and recording them. This driver was beyond careless and threatening the safety of a lot of people. Pull your phone, record him and others efforts to slow him, and turn it over to authorities. As it is, he acted like an idiot and is trying to make you the bad guy.
