My submission:

I have been a gun owner my entire life and carry daily under CHL laws in Texas. As a result neither I, nor anyone around me has been a victim of gun violence.
I would like; however, to recount the story of four men who were victims of a terrible gun crime. Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone Woods were murdered on September 11th in Benghazi by men armed with assault rifles. Why is this allowed to happen in our modern world? Why can't Americans be safe in their own Embassy without men armed with AK-47s murdering them?
While I understand that our pesky constitution will not allow our brave President to disarm his own citizens, Libya does not have the 2nd Amendment nor the protections it affords. Please disarm Libya immediately. Do it for the children.

Good stories. Does the Benghazi attack qualify as gun violence? Maybe I should submit something about that. They were using assault rifles so Obama may want to know about it.
