This is ridiculous that they even wrote this stuff down and spent time pondering it at taxpayer expense. It is terrifying that our government has come to this point. Obama will do every possible thing to get the midterms to throw him both houses. His goal is clear--to get crap like this passed into law and to put justices on the Supreme Court to cement for all time his place in history as the man who disarmed America. The man who engineered our Republic into a Socialist government for some megalomaniac dream of the utopia China and the USSR have failed to create.
It mentions; "duly incorporated". So if you are a sole proprietorship you would not be legal to rent a firearm on your own property to a student to shoot on that property? Seems they are saying only incorporated businesses are recognized as legitimate.
