For me LCP range time has been more like eating my vegetables; It's not the tastiest, but it has to be done. I've gotten where I can hit the center of the target good enough for self defense at 7 yards and I really need to believe that I can hit the target with a daily carry. Now once I've spent my obligatory time with the LCP then it's time to work with my 9 and play with my .22. I will say this though-When the little LCP was my only hand gun, it was not as fun to go to the range; so buy other guns that are fun to shoot and continue to carry the gun that is fun to carry.
