If you ever watched the video that someone connected to the family's lawsuit did you will know why Acevedo did what he did. The exterior bullet holes show it became a shooting gallery. I was flabbergasted viewing it. I can't find it right now but I'm going to keep searching. It was saved on a laptop that went on the fritz.
This is not the complete video the forensic investigator did, but it has some detail of his theories. It's part of a story KPRC did. If I remember correctly in the full version video he showed evidence Tuttle was even shot while laying on the kitchen floor from a window.

I hope this guy gets sued to the max and his failure and lies as well as others get exposed. I have kept the information I got from a former HPD detective right after it occurred close to the vest. I hope it gets exposed during the lawsuit. According to the information I received the impetus for these murders is both mind boggling and sad.

He will be their guy who will defend and justify any bad police shootings that occur. Or maybe he'll be a complete turn coat and help them bad mouth police.

Being unemployed will give him more time to testify in the the Harding St raid civil suits.
