1) noticed that the PD said the male had a licence to carry, and that PD is silent on the female, license-wise. I'm going to guess 'No'
2) brief article said; "The suspect, 23 year-old female Raven Seymone Fisher". What can you naturally assume about a young woman who A) is willing to kill for a parking space [at 2:49am on a Thursday], and B) is apparently named after one of the talking heads on "The View"? I'd love to see the tox screen on this one....
1) The article also stated that the male tried to defuse the situation.
2A) There is a saying that nothing good happens after2:00 AM.
2B) The deceased was born in 1994. Until 1992, the actress Raven-Symone was still on the Cosby Show.
I don't even know who she is! On either show!

The male victim, who is licensed to carry a handgun, attempted to diffuse the confrontation with the suspect unsuccessfully. The male victim then defended himself with his handgun from the ongoing assault.
More details in the link
It is a shame for someone to lose their life over a dispute about parking.
From the limited report, it sounds like a case of self defense.
Limited for sure. It's sad what passes for reportage these days. :banghead:
No real information besides some pertinent facts.
Woman with gun argues with man with gun over parking spot. Woman dead. Man set free.
