You're correct , I saw he was charged with Ag Assault. The "armed robbery" was my term for what he tried. I'm hoping the DA will load him up as in two counts of Ag Robbery. This guy has a long record of misdemeanors and felonies, assault on public servant back in 2006 and two unlawful weapon charges among them. He's escalated to armed robbery now, so hopefully the DA will throw the book at him.
