DOJ says the President can kill anybody even US citizens.

DOJ memo gives authority to the POTUS and others to take out anyone, even US citizens considered a threat any where in the world. This has already been done when Al Awaki was taken out. Just remember Janet Napolitano labeled Pro-choice groups , Veterans and other groups as Terrorists. How about gun owners?
