Re: Crossbreed Supertuck Issues

The only person who says that they notice is my wife. Everytime I put on my gun, she tells me she can see the handle and it is really obvious, but no one else seems to notice. I guess I just need to keep playing with the cant and raising and lowering the clips until I find a good spot for it. I am p...

Crossbreed Supertuck Issues

Ok, so I got my Crossbreed Supertuck in today. Has anyone else still had problems with printing even with their supertuck? I have pants that are a couple sizes to big and a baggy shirt but I am still printing. I have moved it all around and have changed the location of the clips. I have a Smith and ...

SW40VE accessories

I have a Smith and Wesson .40 sigma series that is just the plain stock from Academy because I got a steal on it at the time. Is there anything that I can do to this gun such as adding a new handle or anything to it? Also, I need to get a new holster, I am definitely not happy with my Uncle Mike's h...

Weapon left in car? Heat?

Does anyone else leave their weapon in their car all day long? I work at a no-gun facility and can not carry inside under any circumstances at all. I am still waiting on my plastic (it is in the mail right now) and will be carrying all the time while not at work, however, do you worry about the heat...

Just an FYI...

I have spoken with the DPS office because they told me that my plastic was mailed out yesterday however it still shows up as "Processing Application" online and they have told me it takes 24-48 hours to change on the website once the license is mailed out.

Re: Status Approved

Ok, so I just checked the status this morning and it still says it is "Processing Application" which means it still has not returned from the printers yet. Does anyone else know how long it took their license while it was at the printer?

My status still has not changed yet, it still says processing, but I got the phone call that it has been approved and sent to printing.

Status Approved

So, apparently I contacted the right people because I just got a phone call to tell me that my license has been approved and has been sent to the printers. It will be here in 1 to 2 weeks once they get it back from the printer! :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapp...

Progress.... i guess

I talked to the DPS a few minutes ago and they finally got my last background check in today. The girl told me that now it is just waiting to be reviewed and there is no telling how long this will take. I guess this is considered progress, but still does not seem that way.

Re: Anyone else left from July 2009?

Every request I send or call and ask for a status, I get a rude response from the staff that just says they are waiting on the background check and there is nothing they can do.

Anyone else left from July 2009?

I am curious if there is anyone else still waiting that submitted their paperwork in July? I have contacted my state representative and received immediate response that a request has been made that my license be expedited, however, this still has not happened. Am I the last one left from July that d...

Re: CHL office politics

So, I have already heard back from my state representative that he has requested my CHL be expedited to me. Hopefully that will do something.... Will wait and see! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
