I just returned from the Mall of Abilene (TX), and observed the newly posted sign at Check-E-Cheese, went by to see after seeing this thread... Seems to have correct wording ... BUT is in UPPER & LOWER Case letters..The UPPER Case letters appear to be 1" tall, of course the LOWER case letters are smaller. Nice sign looks like probably made by corp. headquarters. I bet their legal dept will claim that meets the standard. Do you think that could hold up in court?
