Re: Need Help!! School related
Most likely, you will receive a call from the deans office and a meeting might be set up with someone regarding the situation. Are you a senior? Im guessing you are since you meet the min legal age to have a CHL. If you are, i seriously doubt they will kick you out of school since you are close to ...

Re: Need Help!! School related
Maybe these guys can help out with answers. View Link http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=90&t=47732 I would definitely NOT get publicly involved. You should stay under the radar, and it doesn't help the organization to have broken the rules on a gun-related matter. Certainly you can a...

Need Help!! School related
I am a full time student at the University of Texas at Dallas and have a current CHL. Yesterday, my truck was broken into on campus between 12:45-3:30pm and my Kimber Ultra CDP II was stolen out of my truck. I had a campus police officer come out, take a report and gave him the serial number so he c...

Re: Easy Breezy - State Fair 2011
Arrived there about 1100 this morning, free Thursday for senior citizens, walked up to the gate and told the wander that I was a CHL holder. He waved me over to another "security" person, who asked if I had a CHL, and then told me I had to use "that gate over there" and the proc...

Re: DD-214
I don't think the 214 will stop you from getting a CHL and I think it will get you a discount. In most cases, a general under honorable conditions is considered the same as an honorable discharge. The important part of the law is that it says "honorably discharged" as opposed to given an ...

That seems to be the only bill out of ALL our bills that are moving. I really hope they start moving one of the campus carry bills along.
