I hope that is how it works. As stated above, mine is "sent to be printed", but still showing "processing application." From what I gather, it takes about two weeks to a month before getting the CHL after being sent to the printer. Kinda stupid still though, I bet it only takes 3...

Day 154 today, checked status online, still shows "processing application." Called DPS, lady said just sent out to be printed, they will mail it out as soon as it gets printed up. , now the real waite begins.

Day 147, State Rep. Craig Eiland called today, after receiving my letter. I was pleased to hear from him, however, he doesn't believe he has much power to get anything going. He tried with a February applicant already, and they still had to wait forever.
