I received my Chl on the 14th. Its funny I don't feel any different. But I didn't really think I would. It looks like I will be going to wal mart today. My first experience carrying in public. I am expecting and hoping for a boring experience. Good luck to all those still waiting.

Ok did I read it wrong or what? I got my application back as incomplete. I didn't list my existing 5 years residents or job history. I was under the understanding that if I had live there or worked there 5 years or more that was all they needed. No! they want you to list how long you were there. So ...

Received my pin number today they said it could take until Sept or Oct to get approved. All I got is time. But I am pretty old!!! hmmm I wonder if I will make it.. ha ha

Do not listen to me ok. But if it were me and I were in your situation I would carry. I would just get out of my truck to defend myself. Then I would tell my employer that I was off the clock at the time I defended myself. I would rather find another job than have my family bury me. Just my thoughts...
