You are better off listing them. This is a shall issue state. If you meet the eligibility requirements they will issue the license. It does not matter how many class c tickets/arrests you have. Class A/B arrests that are beyond the date range will not prevent you from getting the license either unless they fall within certain categories.

Falsification in any way can get you charged. I'm not going to post the whole section, but I suggest reviewing PC37.10.

When I sent in my application I listed two "arrests" that I was debating on because one of them had no disposition of any kind and was 20 years old. The other one was in a different state, and I went through a deffered adudication process. As far as dates go I put dow "Approximately mm/yy" and I included no disposition information from the court (none existed) and I recieved my license without delay.

I am not a lawyer. YMMV
