Do I need a certified disposition for this?

I'm finally applying for my CHL; but I received a reckless driving citation in Virginia Beach, VA, that occured in 11/97 and was disposed in early 1998. All of the fines and court costs were paid. FWIW, or if it matters, it's classified as a misdemeanor in VA. Also, am I expected to get dispositions...

Seems pretty overboard to ban the discharge of BB guns and paintball guns.
But....you'll shoot yer eye out!

My city has the same law and I was disappointed when I found out that I'm not supposed to shoot a bb/pellet gun in my own backyard.
