The tactic of pushing wild groups of teens onto subway platforms and trains filled with unsuspecting citizens resulted in several innocent persons being attacked and even robbed by the mobs in CTA tunnels and trains."

The violence there is so rampant and out of control, it's mind boggling. I know the State Dept. issues travel warnings in areas for travellers going abroad. Is there an equivalent type of alert for domestic travel? Well if not, there should be!
