google is your friend. I just typed "rules for radicals" in the search window. One of the options that popped up was "rules for radicals saul alinsky". I clicked on that one and went to the first link that came up. Voila!
I just didn't come up with the "rules for radicals" slant. Good job. 
In chess, it's said if you know your opponents strategy then they are at a disadvantage. There other analogies that offer the same meaning.
